Confession: I didn’t always like peaches. I was a nectarine girl, through and through. But this summer, everything changed. I’m not exactly sure what happened, but those sweet, aromatic peaches have got my number (it’s 867-5309).
In celebration of my newfound love, and the near-end of the peach season, I’ve rounded up 25 of the best peach recipes I could find, plus a bonus guide on how to pick the best peaches. A BONUS guide!
After reading the Ultimate Guide to Peaches, you will know…
1. How to pick ’em.
2. How to eat ’em.
3. How to pick them again because you ate ’em.
