I can’t wait any longer – I’ve seen gourds and mini pumpkins at the farmers market so I think it’s okay for this to be Thursday’s Roundup. Right? Yes.
They all lean toward the healthy side – you won’t find any recipes with 2 sticks of butter or 2 cups of sugar here. Instead, you’ll see whole grains, spices, and thoughtful portions of fat and sweetener.
