I offer live, online video counseling sessions. You can schedule your appointments online and meet with me from your home, office, or on the road – no babysitters, long lunch breaks, or parking meters required. If you live in the Los Angeles area, we can also schedule in-person sessions.

Menus can include 30-minute weekday meals and more complex dinners for weekends.
Recipe Makeovers: Slim your favorite meals without sacrificing flavor. Give Caroline your favorite recipes and she can hide fruits and veggies inside, trim the fat, and boost the nutrition.
