Ever wanted to make banana bread but didn’t have ripe bananas? No problem.
You can ripen bananas in just 30 minutes by popping them in the oven.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or jelly roll pan
- Place unpeeled bananas on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until ripe.
- Peel one piece and slide the banana out
Recipe Notes
You can ripen small to medium bananas in 30 minutes. If bananas are larger, it will take a little bit more time.
