I must try some of these! The best tip I have regarding chopping onions is to get some onion goggles – chopping onions was painful (AND dangerous, because I ended up chopping with my eyes closed!) until I got onion goggles.
Onion goggles work like a charm. They’re also very nerd chic, which I can appreciate 🙂
