Last week, I did a recipe roundup of skinny Thanksgiving sides & sweets. Since we covered the heavy hitters, we’re ready to talk leftovers. My favorite way to eat leftovers is setting up the traditional plate all over again, but going heavy on the protein and veggie sides and lighter on the high-calorie treats like candied sweets and stuffing. But if you’re drowning in gravy (yumm) and swimming in cranberry sauce (yesss), then you might need some more creative ways to use your leftovers so you don’t bore your lovely little taste buds. I’ve gotcha.

If you’re cooking Thanksgiving, you’ll wind up with the most leftovers (lucky you!), and if you’re nice, you’ll send your guests home with goodie bags. Should you want to show off your impeccable hospitality, fancy-up your leftover containers with the free, printable stickers I included at the end of the post.
