Baby, it’s cold outside! Doesn’t a hot, cheesy lasagna sound good? You know when it doesn’t sound good? When it’s not cold out anymore and you stop wearing your dad’s old green fleece pullover (or whatever it is you lounge around in…) and feel puffy in the middle. Or when you polish off a big slab of lasagna and your whole face feels greasy from the rich, creamy cheese sauce.
But what if…what if…you could have your lasagna and eat it too? You know, get the decadent comfort food you crave without the greasy puffiness? These 15 food bloggers have figured out the secret to healthier lasagna. Make a batch, freeze the leftovers for days you want something home-cooked without cooking, and enjoy with a big old salad.
Get cozy, it’s lasagna time!

Oooooh! These look amazing. The thought of lasagna is a bit daunting, but having some go to healthier versions may make it worth the extra time to make it & freeze!
Caroline Kaufman Nutrition says
Hi Rebecca! Yes, I know sometimes they are so time consuming, but at least you can freeze them for future meals. And some of these are fast or hands-off versions like soup, skillet and slow-cooker lasagnas for busy weeks 🙂
